Please note that I have the right to refuse/cancel any commission for ANY reason, I am also a person who has my own comfort level and moral compass

I will Not draw
- Full Nudity
- Extreme gore
- Insensitive or harassing imagery

I enjoy drawing
- Cartoon anime mashup style
- People as cartoons
- Fanart
​
I am open to trying new subject matter and styles, however if I feel that I am unable to create a satisfactory result, I may suggest finding an artist more qualified in that area
Rights and Use
> I own the creative rights to all art and may use them for posts and advertisement
​
> No resale or commercial use is permitted, including promotion of commercial projects (Any commercial projects would fall under a seperate agreement)
​
> You may not claim the work as your own, copy it, or trace over it
​
> You may not remove my signature
​
> Credit is appreciated and Highly encouraged when possible ^^
Payment
> All payments are to be made through Artistree via Paypal (exceptions may or may not be made)
​
> A digital receipt will be sent with the completed commission
​
> No refunds of partial or completed work will be given
​
> There will be an additional charge for any "extras" (e.g. background, items,
additional characters, etc.) added to the commission after the original quote
​
> When your commission is next in queue the first payment will be requested. Each step is started after the required payment is received
Updates and Approval
> You automatically receive the following for approval:
-Sketch
-Revised Sketch (if required)
-Line art + Flat Colour
-Completed Piece for Review

> Only watermarked/low quality versions of the above will be sent for review before completion
​
> If it is a larger or more detailed piece/project or I have concerns, I may send additional updates for review
​
> If you would like additional updates let me know and I will send them when possible/practical (within reason)
​
> If you have concerns regarding an update, please let me know IMMEDIATELY
Revisions/Cancellation
> Standard Revisions
-1 major at sketch
-1 round of minors at sketch (up to four small changes)
-1 minor at line art
-Colour changes at flats

> If the piece is completed and I missed a detail that had been previously stated in digital communication I will add it as per agreement
​
> Major changes or changes after completion will be an additional charge
​
> You may not cancel paid steps, however, if you cancel completion of the piece
before final payment there will not be a charge for steps that have not been started
​
> If I am unable to complete a piece for whatever reason, the work that I have completed will be sent as well as a refund for work that I did not start
Timing and Deadlines
> If you need the piece by a certain date, I need to know UP FRONT
​
> There may be a rush charge for short deadlines and/or complex projects
​
> I will give an approximate date of completion and delivery, however there may be slight delays based on current projects and life circumstances
What I Need
> A detailed description of your vision for the piece (eg. use, style, background details, pose, personality, atmosphere, emotion, items, colours, etc.) As much detail as you'd like to provide to make it just right for you ^^

> References. Complete, clear, numerous.
For real photos: Complete references in good lighting will allow me to better capture the colours and likeness of the subject(s)
For OCs: If you do not have existing images please send a detailed description and if possible something visually similar to what you're looking for
-If the references aren't what I need to make a satisfactory piece I may have to ask for more detail and/or other examples

> File size. Please double check the required size for the piece you need to be sure it fits your needs *before I start the final piece*
Completion and Delivery
> You will not receive the layers/working file, only a PNG or requested format
​
> Standard file type is PNG. Please request for other formats in the description of the commission
​
> The finished piece may not be posted/used by you without full payment having been received
​
